Savills Ireland has launched Workthere, a new service to help growing businesses find flexible, co-working, and services office space across Ireland.
The brokerage service and website listing platform will offer a professional, easy, and transparent way for office providers to let their space and for occupiers to identify flexible working space that fits their individual needs.
The new venture by Savills was launched in the UK in February 2017 and, following this success, the firm is now expanding the offer with Dublin representing Workthere’s first presence outside of the UK.
“Demand for flexible work space continues to grow as more businesses, including start-ups, SMEs and even larger corporate companies, are seeing the benefits of flexible work space over a more traditional lease,” Cal Lee, head of Workthere said.
“Serviced office space is growing in popularity globally and this is particularly evident in Dublin. WeWork & Regus are both looking to set up several new business centres in Dublin. Iconic Offices are expanding their portfolio at a phenomenal rate and recently opened three centres, we intend to list all services offices space available Ireland,” Michael Healy, division director at Savills Ireland said.
